A man in Wisconsin, Keith G. Schultz, pointed a gun at a process server and is now charged with second degree recklessly endangering another person’s safety and intentionally pointing a firearm at another person. According to the report, Schultz appeared calm when he answered the door. The process server then asked him to confirm his identity and he pulled a gun out from behind the door, pointed it at the process server’s face and said, “You need to get off my property or I will shoot you.” Schultz then left promptly in his van that was parked in the driveway. The police caught up with Schultz a few days later. Schultz has made a court appearance on this matter and was unresponsive to the court. Bail has been set at $50,000.00. A search warrant was served on Schultz’s residence and it was searched. Found in the residence were several assault rifles and a booby trap on the front door, so that anyone who opens it will get shot. WOW, don’t shoot the messenger.
