“The lawsuit factory”, Righthaven of Las Vegas, is being sued by a process server and many others for unpaid bills. It also is facing a request by its own attorneys that it is in contempt of Court. The process service company, Legal Wings, Inc., who provided process service to Righthaven has filed suit for $5,670.00 for services rendered.
This is a company that is half owned by Warren Stevens, and Arkansas billionaire. Earlier in the week Stevens bought 16 newspapers from the New York Times for about 143 million dollars.
There is a law suit filed that is attempting to pierce the corporate veil so that these creditors may get paid.
I think they can afford to pay Joe Schmo process server his due. Come on man.
