LA Process Server stabbed while serving Restraining Order

In downtown, Los Angeles, in the Lincoln Heights area a process server was stabbed when attempting service on an individual.  The stabbing occurred at 1700 block of Albion Street, which is only a few block from Dodger Stadium.  dodgerThe process server was attempted to serve the person legal documents or a restraining order when he was stabbed.  The suspect then fled but Los Angeles Police Department officers tracked him down very soon thereafter.  The process server was then treated by medical personal and released.

The perp should have just accepted the papers and avoided his baby momma per the retaining order, now he is facing major felony charges.  Don’t shoot or stab the messenger.
